  • Event Information: Attendee badge information including name, title, company name, address, country, phone number, email address, image, and video.

  • Biometric Information: With your explicit consent and only for specified events.

  • Health Information: During the Covid-19 pandemic, health status including temperature, symptoms, exposure to COVID-19, vaccination status, testing results, and travel history.

  • Usage Information: Information about your device and your usage of our websites, products, and services, such as IP addresses, device and application information, browser type, internet activity, and user interactions.

  • Communication Information: Information shared during phone calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Office Visit Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, time and date of arrival, image, or video.

3.2 Personal Data We Collect from Other Sources

We also collect Personal Data from other sources including partners, publicly available information, and third-party providers for the following purposes:
